These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of tutoring services provided by Jaspreet Gill, DBA Carson City Tutor ("we," "us," "our"), the sole proprietor of a tutoring business based at 2974 Collier Ct, Carson City, NV 89703. By scheduling or participating in tutoring sessions with us, you ("Student" or "Client") agree to these Terms.

Services Provided

Carson City Tutor offers one-on-one tutoring sessions tailored to meet the academic needs of the student. Tutoring sessions will take place at our location at 2974 Collier Ct, Carson City, NV 89703. The exact subject and frequency of tutoring will be determined based on mutual agreement between the tutor and the student or their guardian.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Scheduling: Sessions will be scheduled at mutually agreed times. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance for any changes to the schedule.

Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may result in a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of the session.

Payment Terms

Payment for tutoring services is due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed upon. Payments can be made by cash, check, or other accepted methods.

Student Conduct

Students are expected to behave respectfully during tutoring sessions. We reserve the right to end any session if a student is disruptive, disrespectful, or behaves inappropriately.

Limitation of Liability

Performance of Tutoring Services: While we strive to provide the best possible tutoring services, we do not guarantee specific results, grades, or outcomes. Student success is influenced by numerous factors, including their engagement and effort.

Injury Waiver: By participating in tutoring sessions, the student and/or their guardian acknowledges and accepts the risks associated with any physical activity or accident that might occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for any injuries sustained before, during, or after the tutoring sessions.

Health and Safety: Students and guardians are responsible for ensuring that the student is in a suitable physical condition to attend tutoring sessions. We are not liable for any health-related issues during sessions.

Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all student-related information. We will not disclose any personal, academic, or other sensitive information to third parties unless required by law or with the explicit consent of the student or their guardian.

Refunds and Disputes

Refunds for sessions may be issued only in cases of severe dissatisfaction with the tutoring service, which must be communicated within 7 days of the session. Any disputes will be addressed in good faith, but we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Amendments

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Students are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of the courts in Carson City, NV. By scheduling a tutoring session or continuing with the services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
